In addition to the role of the university as a cradle of new ideas and an institution that promotes scientific research, international cooperation is at the heart of university activities dedicated to the development of cooperation in higher education.
On July 17, 2020, while applying all safety measures and restrictions in terms of the number of people allowed to be present simultaneously in an enclosed space, there was a ceremony marking the establishment of a new festivity at the University Business Academy. Namely, following the decision of the University Rector, prof. Marko Carić, our University - from now on – will have St. Sava of Gornji Karlovac as its Patron Saint.
At this year’s International Education Fair in Novi Sad called "PUTOKAZI" (Eng. Signposts), which took place in the period 4-5 March, 2020 at the Novi Sad Fair, awards were given for the 4th time to the best educational institutions.
The most successful individuals, entrepreneurs and institutions that have contributed to the promotion of economic and social creativity were awarded special awards called “Captain Miša Anastasijević“ on December 18, 2019 in the Gallery of Matica Srpska.
The University Business Academy of Novi Sad signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Szeged on February 13, 2020. The signing took place in the ceremonial hall of the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary i.e. in its off-campus unit in Subotica.
The final ceremony of the event called "Days of Informatics in the Schools of Vojvodina 2019” was held on 18 December, 2019 at the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management in Novi Sad. On that occasion the prestigious award "Professor Stjepan Han" was awarded to the School of Electrical and Civil Engineering "Nikola Tesla” from Zrenjanin, as the most successful school in the promotion and application of information technology.
