"Accession of Serbia to the EU" officially started with the first lecture for undergraduate students
On December 8, 2015 at the University Business Academy in Novi Sad, the project "Accession of Serbia to the EU" officially started with the first lecture for undergraduate students.
It is important to mention that the Jean Monnet Module at the University Business Academy commenced on 01 September this year and will last until 31 August 2018. More precisely, we’re talking about the project within the framework of Jean Monnet Modules, Erasmus + program, which is being co-financed by the European Commission. During the period of three years this multidisciplinary project will include four series of lectures, three workshops and one research project focusing on two main areas: economics and law. The first series of lectures has already begun under the name "Serbia's accession to EU - 1", covering the legal issues of accession process. Lectures should contribute to a better understanding of the process of Serbia's accession to the European Union and the impact of accession on different areas of social and economic life for the citizens of Serbia.
The attendees of the first in a series of lectures are 20 students who are currently in the final year of undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics and Engineering Management in Novi Sad. They will be attending lectures every Tuesday, starting from 12 p.m., in classroom O5 at our Faculty.
