On February 21, 2018, after carrying out a comprehensive external quality control of the quality management system, the certification company called TŪV AUSTRIA CERT granted a quality certificate to the University Business Academy in Novi Sad. This certificate is the official proof of conformity of the University quality management system with the current standard ISO 9001:2015.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a world federation of national standardization bodies established to share knowledge from various spheres of the economy and business and to adopt the relevant international standards that encourage innovation and provide solutions to challenges in the global market.

The implementation of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 was a strategic decision of the University Business Academy in Novi Sad, adopted in order to improve the quality, safety and efficiency of educational processes at the University as well as all constituent faculties within the University.

During the certification process, the University Business Academy in Novi Sad demonstrated the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the requirements of its users and applicable laws and regulations, as well as to constantly increase user satisfaction with the effective application and improvement of the system. Of course, all that has been done in accordance with the mission, vision and quality policy of the University Business Academy in Novi Sad.
