For the third consecutive year, the University Business Academy in Novi Sad organizes the summer international school entitled: "Intercultural Management and EU Studies" in cooperation with the largest university in Latin America - Universidad Tecnológico de Monterrey. It is a University that has over 95,000 students and 70 campuses throughout Mexico and Latin America. In the last five years, according to all academic standards, this university is ranked as one of the ten most prestigious universities in the world. What makes them special is the application of state-of-the-art information technologies and methodologies in working with students. They cooperate with over 400 universities around the world and with more than 10,000 business partners, in Latin America and the rest of the world.

University Business Academy in Novi Sad has been selected among numerous highly competitive higher education institutions to cooperate under a very special program with Universidad Tecnológico de Monterrey. As the only representative from the territory of former Yugoslavia, we have managed to earn their trust and now, in addition to organizing a summer school for their students, we are looking into possibilities to expand our cooperation so that their students can come to Serbia and spend a semester or the entire academic year at our university.

In the period from February 10 – March 5, 2018, professor Dragan Ilić, Ph.D. visited Mexico at the invitation of the Rector of Universidad Tecnológico de Monterrey. On this occasion, professor Ilić visited the 6 largest campuses: Santa Fe, Puebla, Queretaro, Guadalajara, Monterrey and Ciudad de México. During his visits, Dr. Dragan Ilić presented the possibilities for students and staff to come to the University Business Academy in Novi Sad, and also held a series of lectures on the following topics: Digital Marketing, Negotiation Techniques and Conflict Management, Innovation and Knowledge Management and Management Models and Systems.

The Universidad Tecnológico de Monterrey organized several visits to archaeological sites and museums for prof. Ilić during his stay in Mexico. In the company of prof. Dejan Mihailović,Ph.D., prof. Ilić visited the Pyramid of the Sun in the ancient Mexican city of Teotihuacan, as well as the Pyramid of the Moon. The Anthropological Museum, which is among the top ten in the world, is yet another interesting place that professor Ilić visited during this academic trip.
