The delegation of the Shanghai Polytechnic University (SSPU) visited the University Business Academy in Novi Sad on 17 May, 2019, where they met with prof. Dragan Ilić Ph.D., the Coordinator for International Cooperation at the University and prof. Aleksandra Tešić, Ph.D.

On that occasion, our guests from China: Meng Zhaoshang, the University Dean, Wu Peidong, Deputy Secretary at the SSPU, Yiang Shulni, Director of the Office for Organization and Event Management, Jiang Chuanqun, Director of the Human Resources Department and Zhang Siyuan, Coordinator of the Program, gave us a short presentation of the Shanghai Polytechnic University. The SSPU was founded in 1960, with engineering as the main scientific discipline, but aiming at coordinated development of multidisciplinarity, especially in the following fields: economics, management, literature, art and other sciences. So far, SSPU has established cooperation with 123 universities and companies in 33 countries. The university consists of the main campus and several satellite campuses, which cover the total area of ​​almost 800,000 m2. The main campus covers the area of ​​almost 300,000 m2. The university has a two-tier management system, encompassing 10 teaching units of the second level, including College of Engineering, Art and Science College, College of Applied Arts, College of International Vocational Education and the Training Center for Engineers.

The Shanghai Summer School 2019 was also presented, namely, a three-week program offered at the Shanghai Polytechnic University, which takes place in June and July of the current year. Students of the University Business Academy have the possibility of attending SSPA (within the exchange program) for one semester or even the whole academic year.

The delegation of the Shanghai Polytechnic University invited representatives of the University Business Academy to personally visit the SSPA in the forthcoming period.
