DELEGATION OF APEIRON UNIVERSITY FROM BANJA LUKA VISITS THE UNIVERSITY BUSINESS ACADEMY AND THE FACULTY OF LAW FOR COMMERCE AND JUDICIARY
On May 25, 2026, the University Business Academy and the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary in Novi Sad had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from APEIRON University, further strengthening the successful academic cooperation and exchange of knowledge between the two higher education institutions.
The delegation from Apeiron University, consisting of Prof. Sanel Jakupović, PhD, Rector of Apeiron University, Prof. Ljubinko Mitrović, PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Law Sciences, and Prof. Zorica Drljača, PhD, Vice-Dean for Teaching at the Faculty of Law Sciences, was warmly received by Prof. Milan Počuča, PhD, Rector of the University Business Academy, Prof. Jelena Stojšić Dabetić, PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary, the Vice-Deans of the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary, Prof. Darko Golić, PhD, Head of the Doctoral Studies, as well as faculty members involved in various forms of future cooperation.
As part of the visit, guest lectures were delivered by Prof. Sanel Jakupović, PhD, Rector of Apeiron University, Prof. Ljubinko Mitrović, PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Law Sciences, and Prof. Zorica Drljača, PhD, Vice-Dean for Teaching at the Faculty of Law Sciences. The lecturers introduced students and faculty members to current and relevant topics in the fields of law and economics. The lectures addressed the topics “The Constitutional System of Bosnia and Herzegovina” and “Public Finance and the Fiscal System in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” providing students with an opportunity to gain deeper insight into the specific features of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s constitutional framework, as well as the functioning of public finance and fiscal policy within the contemporary legal and social environment.
Such visits represent an important aspect of international academic cooperation, as they facilitate the exchange of experiences, enhance professional knowledge, and strengthen connections among academic staff, researchers, and students of both institutions. The lectures were further enriched by an engaging discussion and the students’ keen interest in the topics presented.
The Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary will continue to foster cooperation with regional and international partners through the organization of expert lectures, joint activities, and collaborative projects that contribute to the quality of education and the advancement of the academic community.
