The 2016 Doctoral Awards Ceremony was held at the University Business Academy in Novi Sad on 12 May, 2016 for doctoral students from our four constituent faculties.

All Ph.D. students who have defended their doctoral dissertations during the past year were invited to the ceremony and have been conferred this prestigious academic title of a Doctor of Science. The commencement ceremony took place in the main study hall called "Prof. Dr. Slavko Caric" at the University Business Academy in Novi Sad.

The keynote speech was delivered by the University Rector, Prof. Dr. Jovo Kolar, who welcomed all the attendees of this special event. All Ph.D. students and their dissertations were presented by their mentors, who placed particular emphasis on the importance of contributions that these dissertations have made to the world of science. After these presentations of doctoral students and their dissertations by mentors, Prof. Dr. Jovo Kolar, Rector of the University Business Academy, officially handed in the diplomas to doctoral students and conferred them the degree of a Doctor of Science.
